- We all have a story about how we found our purpose, our "why". My "why" is simple: to help others live their best lives forward. I am motivated by my amazing wife and two incredible daughters, who inspire me to be the best version of myself every day. I believe in the power of lifestyle in improving our health, and I hope that my UA-cam channel can be a source of inspiration and guidance for anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life.

Found you after being diagnosed with ADPKD 3 months ago on which I recently lost my mom, losing my uncle and thanks to which I never even meet my grandma.
Decided to do whatever it takes. Having absolute god sent specialist who confirmed the most recent discoveries and studies in ADPKD and who is encouraging me in my efforts.
Your approach and teachings are really giving me a lot of information and shortcuts as it would have taken me much longer to get to this knowledge on my own. I could see that you do what you do because you truly want to and not because it brings "bread?" on your table.
Really grateful and now even knowing your story, ... it's very moving. So thank you and please keep it going!

Hi Dr Hashmi my name sabena , l diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, age 13 from there in 20 serlorising of liver, in 40 nephrtic syndrome, had just come of cyclosporine, just had relapse, going through meno , l very blessed 5 kids i 57 kg i trained always,lm happy that your sister gave u the strength and will power to become the person 2are today, May god bless and your beautiful family Always ❤

Your wife and children are BEAUTIFUL and blessed to have you ! Your intellect and teaching / sharing impact so many lives. Thank you for your hard work ! Your kidney diet talks helped me enormously. I brand new stage 4 renal fail. I have evolved to type 1 diabetic due to the failing of pancreas…I was sooo confused and lost and you set me on the path to sorting things out. I could never thank you enough. The parathyroid has now passed away as well…lol…but I am hanging in there…eating whole food / plant based when I can…but most importantly…keeping happy ! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

God is ALMIGHTY and soo Good to the WORLD to gave you the courage to go furthermore and BECOME a GREAT DOCTOR. I LOVE Our HOLY HEAVENLY FATHER GOD that He GAVES You DEAREST DOCTOR SEAN HASHIMI the WISDOMFULLY STRENGTH and to SACRIFICE your time to researching for a better LIFE and to SHARE that with us. Already 8 MONTHS I have been following your vids. Then I began to plant lots of Greenleafs like Tarod and lits of papaya plants. And I was eating only lots of these kinds of foods with lentils and beans soups sprinkled with lemons. And I am now 60 kg. That means I have lost 27 kgs of my weight!!!! I have to do good exercises to have my skin in a good shape. I worked very hard and never was craving for sweetness cuz my diet is full of fruits and vibers. That's why I subscribed cuz Man DOCTOR!!! You are the BEST. You are not ralking with tabellen and all kinds of arithmetics but You are speaking with normal understandably words.
