I feel like this is one of metallica's most underrated songs. And it sounds exquisite with an orchestra behind it.

This is the first ever Metallica song I fell in love with and that introduced me to a completely different world of heavy metal. This is an absolutely beautiful rendition of it! I hope Metallica watch this and play it live more often.

Me too… I heard this song on the radio in 1998, and it drew me in. I went buying up Metallica CDs left and right after that. I’ve now seen them in concert 13 times, have two Metallica tattoos, and tons of memorabilia.
The drums created by Lars until "Death Magnetic" were always incredible. So simple but work so well with Metallica's music. Every accent, every beat functions perfectly for the song and serves it. Also, this cover is very good, though the vocals lack aggressiveness.
I think you're almost spot on with that, but I think he's had moments on both Death Magnetic and Hardwired where he did some interesting stuff (TWJYL, BBS, Cyanide, dream no more, now that we're dead, confusion, ManUNkind). Definitely a dip in ability and not quite as on point with the feel or choice of accents.

It’s a partnership. Look at the venue they’re playing. The audience is paying. So the orchestra gets a cut of the ticket sales.

The S&M album is one I have long adored and I often feel like one of the few who even gave a damn for The Unforgiven II and III. This was absolutely fantastic to watch. Very well done!

Its testimony also that when you dont shout it...it proves without a doubt you aren't James. And on top of that its one of his phrasings that make him unique. The reason they are so big and others so little in comparison to the impact they had in the metal and even rock world.

Saw them yesterday and these guys are fucking awsome live with Orion orchestra. If you see them in your town don't wait, go and buy the tickets because their show with Orion orchestra is simply masterpice. I even got opportunity to go backstage and take autoghraphs on my ticket and got pick from lead vocalist ! It was awsome expirience.
