Supertech Limited का यह Emerald Court प्रोजेक्ट 13.5 Acres में फैला हुआ है जिसका Phase- 1 October, 2009 में ही कम्पलीट कर दिया गया था जो की लगभग 12 Acres में फैला हुआ है। वहीं Emerald Court Phase- 2 1.6 Acres में फैला हुआ है।
समझने वाली बात यह है की जितना Built-up Area Phase-1 का था उतना ही Built-up area phase- 2 में भी बने जा रहा था। जबकि Land Area में जमीन आसमान का फर्क़ है।

Sir, one of reputed builder named Chandak group is having one project Chandak 34 park estate in Goregaon Mumbai location . This builder is developing 2.2 acres of land parcel & having 8 towers with around 2000 flats of 1 & 2 bhk . How come 2.2 acres of land is enough for 2000 flats ? Even the project is having SRA building in same vicinity .

Good lesson for builders however how did the authorities gave them permission to build as builders take permission before building each floor. The officers who gave permission must be put in jail as well.
Jo tower baad mein baba hai sirf usi portion ko giraya jana chahiye yani jo FAR ke virudh ho..buider architect dept.ke officer ko saza milni chahiye.open area mein itni uchi buiding ek di din mein nahi banti hai 2st 2nd45th floor per hi demolution ho jana chahiye tha.dep ne kaam kui nahi rukwaya.jo part pahele bana hai usko todne ka kiya matlab.national loss bhi koi cheez hoti hai.

like we have doctors, CA , tax consultant , investment advisor, advocate etc etc.. we should have one more profession to be created named real estate consultant NOT real estate agent... but government certified real estate consultant we is aware of all the laws , safety norm, finance etc all the topics related to real estate..who will make sure that all the laws are followed and his customer will not suffer.. he may charge his fees ...because it is almost impossible for common man to know all about real estate..
