I do aerial silks..I love it and it keeps you so strong and fit..works your whole body..I got sore legs like I had a leg day at the gym. This us so beautiful..I love the drops..the most f7n part of it are the drops..I've done the death drop..scary the first time, well its slways a bit scary every time, but none right, you're absolutely safe.

I do aerial silks, trampeze, straps those moves are kinda easy.. it just looks a whole lot harder because of the height.
