I have a 3D printed airbox top(eBay),dished style,K+N,Arrows headers,custom mid-section,and a Chinese fake Akra can(3rd bike it's been on,cant fault it),fuelling is perfect, haven't touched the ECU etc!
Thanks for the review! I have the same SC Project exhaust and think it's the perfect balance of throaty but not too loud for city commuting. Do you think the Booster Plug made the bike louder on its own or is that more related to opening up the airbox?
So just wanna know, did you have your ecu flashed or did any sort of tuning or are you just using the booster plug with the new exhaust? I'm asking because lots of people are saying you NEED to do an ecu flash or power commander tune when you install an aftermarket exhaust.

I think I saw you used the Piranha one in one of your previous videos. If so did this one make a huge difference with protecting you from the wind?

Yes. I have an complete install vid on that. The fenders are JVB moto. I recommend using oil based paint, does not scratch and does well with rocks hitting it.
I have fitted one on a mt07 with a aftermarket pipe, BoosterPlug makes a big difference with a lot more bottom end, will pull from 2.5k in 6th

could be but installing the Booster plug without opening the airbox is pointless.

Did not flash it. Oh you can tune it for sure but trust me when I say its awesome enough as is.

ya the booster/pipe combo will help with that. Especially if you have the pipe but NOT the plug.

Yamaha xsr is bombproof and easy to maintain yourself. Scrambler has better and longer stroke suspension, looks a little better stock
