- England have announced their 23 man squad to face off vs the ALL BLACKS this Saturday 6th July at Forsyth Barr.
Strong squad all round, but is it strong enough to beat the All Blacks in New Zealand?

As an English man my two favourite teams in the world are of course England but I love the All Blacks, I love the way the All Blacks play, will England beat them? I don’t know, if our front row can hold their own then maybe a chance of a win. Never write off the ABs, in my view they were robbed of the World Cup final. Unfortunately I won’t be able to watch the game as it’s only available in the uk on Sky Sports which I don’t subscribe to. All the best to both teams I hope it’s a great game.

Can England beat the All Blacks? With Foster in charge …..absolutely. With Razor in charge…… will be more difficult.

they couldnt beat the all blacks with foster in charge. That 2022 game they also had way more experience and got blown off the park for 70 minutes
Best of luck to the ABs from an England fan. I think England have had a year ahead on their rebuild campaign, but the ABs are starting from a far better position. Always an intimidating experience facing the ABs at home. i hope its close for both games and come on Engalnd!

England can definitely go into the tests with ability to beat ABs. Any side has the ability on a good day to take a victory. Hoping the ABs just have a better more solid day. Nerves already building on our first test

If England wants to win, it has to be the first test because after that it's unbelievably hard, but even the first test is going to be hard.

As an Englishman who has watched the vast majority of Eng / NZ games since 1995, it’s fair to say England only prevail when they play out of their skin, and even then , it’s close. The forwards must gain dominance, all opportunities in the 22 must be taken, and the defence has to be outstanding. Much easier said than done.

Love your assessment of both teams and think you are right on the button, but time will tell. If England can control the foward confrontations and their backs are able to capitalize on opportunities with ball in hand than they've got a chance. But if the All Blacks gel as a team than England better watch out.

Well, brand new coach who seems to be very humane. I guess the AB's will have to align with the coach's way. Although they have lost very good personnel, I believe with the passage of time, they will do very well.

Fair review from an honest S African, but I think you're being kind. To me it seems like lambs to the slaughter, but I hope they give the AB's a good game. To do this, England will need to play as ruthlessly as the Blacks will, more so to win.

It’s sport. So yes. History tells us that any team can beat any team on certain occasions under certain conditions. As always with any team, the first game of the season with a restructured squad the ABs are vulnerable win, lose or draw I just hope Rugby is the winner.

I think we can play with an aggression and at a speed that the ABs wont be able to handle. If England turn up at their best we will win the 1st Test.

Disagree with you there. Sure England could be more aggressive on the day… or they may not, evenly matched there. Speed of play however is the All Blacks main strength and no one does it better.
All Blacks starting and reserve front rows will have the edge in set piece and will be far more mobile. Thats where I believe the main difference will be.
If England try run and gun they will lose, there is no way they can run us off our feet, but I hope they try
NZ to win by 10 points plus. England are under the impression that their flyhalf Smith is a gamewinner but in reality he will only make a NZ third team at best. Farrell will be missed as well as the points scoring of Ford. The Boks just run around Smith and the AB's will just pummel him.
Far too confident their chief - lets see on Saturday how bad Smith is - I'd say he approximate equal of D-Mac, but I don't rate D-Mac very highly
@@henryburton6529 Happy to be proven wrong - IMO, Smith is good on FWD ball but sketchy in reverse.
@@fredperry523 Sketchy is too far but he is definitely more proven on the front foot than behind a beaten pack.
D-Mac is similar though. Also Englands pack may get the upper hand like in 2019.

@@henryburton6529 I think England and the general public have underrated the AB's again - they are a venomous team when it counts. Ireland were supposed to beat them at the RWC but that did not happen. Looking forward to it - going to be an interesting tussle.
All Blacks are very mobile but unsure how they will play as a team with new combinations and a new coach

Almost anyone can beat the AB's. At least 7 sides have in the last Century. Ireland beat them twice in a row recently. However, England is not Ireland.
