If you already commented, feel free to repost it below. Thanks. For those of you who dig bootlegs, what are some that YOU have and enjoy? And what are your favorite sources for picking up these types of records? Let me know all of that, and anything else that makes sense, in the comments below.
When you find a bootleg that sounds fantastic it's like striking gold. Mind you there is something endearing about finding a bootleg complete with spelling mistakes, incorrect track listings and wrong era photos, funnily enough I have one of those coming up in a future video.... Great video, some nice examples you have there!
I love bootlegs, but the only ones I actively seek out are Iron Maiden boots. I'm trying to not going overboard with them though, but my aim is to have at least one from every tour (and for some tours I have multiple shows). I'm currently missing 5 tours (the Metal for Muthas, Real Live, Virtual XI, Dance of Death and Final Frontier tours). Most of my boots are on vinyl but some are on CD; I don't mind the format as long as I get to enjoy the show. That Hammersmith gig you have is absolutely incredible, btw!
Not sure why Alice in Chains and/or Columbia, doesnt release Dirt or Jar of Flies regularly on vinyl. Resale prices are rediculous... i dont want an unoffical copy of those 2, but at this point, it may the only (semi) affordable option.
I always loved that song, but didn’t know it was a cover. Hearing the original now, it Axel seems to have kinda based his sound on the singer for rose tattoo and Nazareth
Thanks for posting! If you have a second, we uploaded a cover of Van Halen. As fellow music fans, we'd love if you would check it out. It's on our page. Don't go too hard on us :)

Thanks! Yeah, I'm wondering just how much of a rabbit hole this bootleg thing is going to become. We'll see!
just wanted to say thanks for including sound samples - I'm in Portland, we may have to hang out sometime.... cheers!
No problem. I'm guessing Portland ME, and not OR?

What outlets or ways can i find some bootlegs. Looking for some obscure stuff.
eBay is your best bet, but some record stores also sell them,
