Anything past 10mm for daily wear is a neck breaker I’m a large guy 6’5 240 and I had a 14mm 28inch chain I wore it daily till one day I had this spilling headache that I couldn’t figure out I took my Cuban off and a few minutes later it was gone big boy chains are not 24/7 chains. If you wanna wear some weight on you put it on your wrist my 20mm 9 inch bracelet wore it all the time except sleeping never cause me any issues what so ever. I now daily wear a 10mm flat Cuban with an iced clasp.

I got 12mm 20" 925 miami cuban and its spot on for every day use...smaller would be too small. Im wanting a 16mm now for going out. 6-8mm is far too small for any use 😂 id say don't bother with any miani cuban smaller than 10mm, just a waste of money
Get the 12mm and wear it tucked, it’s a much better look that way especially that size. I was going to do the 10mm instead but I’m glad I went 12 you won’t regret it.
