    Great well presented little video. Since my job used to take me to Japan a lot, I've always wanted to know how to make Gyoza and yours look really good, now that I know I can't wait to give it a go.... thanks!
    BTW Gyoza in Japan the y is pronounced ee like Geeoza, (like gease)

    Now I need to know how you went about making the oil. We saved the fat trimmings from the brisket but I’m not sure what to do with them! Guess I’ll have to find another video. Really looking forward to trying this gyoza! I fear however, that you made a difficult task look easy. Wish me luck.
