Form Factory 1 Construction Progress - Feb 8, 2024

On February 8, 2024, we raised our final steel beam for Form Factory 1 - a huge milestone for the team. Watch the last beam being raised and the latest construction progress on Form Factory 1 in this video.
About Form Factory 1:
Form Factory 1 is Form Energy’s first high-volume battery manufacturing facility currently under construction in Weirton, West Virginia at the site of the former Weirton Steel plant. The facility will ultimately employ more than 750 people and will have an annual production capacity of 500 megawatts of batteries when operating at full capacity. Since breaking ground in May 2023, the Form Energy team has made rapid construction progress, and we are on track to open our factory doors later this year.
