Compared to all those clean and modern lofts and apartments, this one looks very cozy. Yes, some things are a bit dated, but I like this one.....and that view....amazing....
may edwards it would be double the price if the building was somewhere around upper east side, central park etc. Battery Park is a very nice area but the ultra rich don't live there.
Now I know what's in those buildings I walk by. The agents really should just sit down and drink tea at the table then talk while pictures of the apartment show.
