As another reader notes, this is testosterone undecanoate, usually in 40mg capsules. It needs to be taken with food, preferably with a fat content, and even then, it doesn't have the same bioavailability as test injections, just a fraction. Needs a doctor's prescription here in Australia, but that can be bypassed.
Great news. BTW, Ozempic and Mounjaro don't take away your muscle mass (or actually lean body mass). You lose muscle mass because you don't EAT as much as you did before. This can be remedied by eating more protein and doing resistance training. You can also avoid the bugbear of "Ozempic face" by not losing too much weight in too short a period of time.
Very true! The drugs themselves are not the issue. The prescribers are the problem. Too many prescribers don’t teach their patients to eat protein and resistance train with these meds.
Sounds like Andriol which has been around for years. Oral testosterone that works through the lymphatic system. From what ive heard, it wasnt that great and really needed to be taken 3 times a day.
cypionate has even shorter half life but is still suppressive because you are giving your body excess testosterone that it's not able to produce on its own
Over here in west Africa, Nigeria , Doctors arent giving out TRTs like that so we have to booze our selfes out of the mood swings that comes from low Ts
The video was meant as an announcment first, being the 1st doc in utah who's allowed to prescribe kyza.. if you want more info check his last video.. cmun internet's not that hard. You have a great day.
Testosterone undecanoate aka Andriol 40 has been around here in Europe since the 80s.
So if it bypasses the liver, why am I seeing on the website when you scroll all the way down to the side affects list, #7 says "liver problems"???

@@DrNicholasHowland So true...
If you want to lose weight, just do fasting. Much easier and no side effects
@@nerychristian Put that advice under patent -- fat people haven't heard it a million times already.

I was really hoping they'd get more into the discussion about the Kyzatrex (oral testosterone).
Check his last video
Afaik oral testosterone undecanoate is not very suppressive because of short half life, correct?

Never heard anyone from the African community speak about low t. Wondered if it was a thing there as well
To be clear older oral test went through the liver twice that’s why it was an issue!
Any testosterone going through the liver causes toxicity. That’s why this is so revolutionary. It goes through the lymphatic system.
@DrNicholasHowland
Andriol, a testosterone pill absorbed through the lymphatic system. It's been around for decades.
terrible video, almost no actual info on oral T.

Great info!
Dr Nick is amazing
Super expensive and designed to keep levels in the normal range. Nothing revolutionary about it.
