Look I now live in Australia and thank heavens I do because the living situation back in the UK seems to me to becoming insufferable and it also seems that this whole driving position is simply a revenue raising exercise that I suspect is driven by the irresponsible and incompetent financial management of the councils and politicians in general.
You're not wrong....Khan virtually bankrupted Transport for London, and this is his way of getting out of the massive financial hole he dug for himself....only making Londoners pay for his huge financial mis-management by expanding ULEZ to the outer suburbs, catching the poorer folk who cannot afford to change their cars, thus forcing them to pay the ULEZ fees.
