A lot of people like to blame Goku for the death, of Gohan, Piccolo, Goten, and Trunks during the Buu arc. But Vegeta could have also grabbed one of them too..but he didn’t. So he’s partially to blame as well.

Kai had decent music from the Saiyan saga to the Cell Saga but unfortunately Yamamoto was gone by the end of the cell saga due to plagiarism thus why Kai Final Chapter (Buu saga) got a new composer (Sumitomo, same composer for DB Super) and had mediocre music.
