Hayford, this is your best interview so far - informative, enlightening, and practical. Seth is a living testimony of the tremendous impact that occurs when one applies the wisdom of the gospel to everyday life. His encouraging story is a sharp rebuke to the cancel Christianity voices out there. Thanks to you both, and may his influence continue to grow.
It’s really interesting conversation. I had similar experience when I was @ Livingstone College in the state of North Carolina. As a 9ja Pikin, students asked if we sleep on trees & I said yes and I also carried my bags and waka across the Atlantic Ocean. It was all fun because they didn’t mean any harm. I was there on full 4 years tennis 🎾 scholarship. I still appreciate the opportunity ❤❤
Brilliance and informed minds like these are what we need in Africa/Ghana, but no one has the intention to come back home, becos thè country has been damaged for so long that, no one wants to touch it! Too much headache to deal with, no one even knows where to start from. U could easily give yourself a heart attack, just from the daft, disrespectful and uncooperative citizens alone!! 😢😢
There are people who have moved back home and contributing their quota in various ways, problems notwithstanding. Our fixation on the problems, and yes there are many, won't solve them. We are the ones to create the change we need; that's exactly what citizens of the countries abroad we've adopted have done and still doing. Nations are built by her sons and daughters, one inch at a time. Peace.
Wonderful interview @Capt'nHayford & @WebnationAfrica , please ask Mr. Seth B. where he gets his Berries from here in Ghana and if they are fresh or frozen, thanks.
I really love your taste and style always so chic. My faves would be the kislux leather backpack and the Swarovski pave diamond ring so gorg. Thank you for your recommendations.
As a child, in the States, I had a teacher who was white tell me that because I was black, I would never be more than a janitor. My black father was an executive at Motola, and all of his friends were doctors, lawyers, and engineers. So, I didn't even realize the teacher was attempting to insult me until I was older, thinking back on it.
I am Nigerian and I am sure that our food in Africa is killing us in vast numbers !! I am about the same age as this guy living in the US as I also was prediabetic .I cut out garri , palm oil , yam, rice, spaghetti , plantain and started walking 10,000 steps a day and did not need to start any medication!! I thank God !! My brother is a doctor and he always tells me that in Africa most people will die suddenly from diabetic illness before they are ever diagnosed with the illness ! Africa is too poor to cut out all the high starch foods , people are trying to fill their bellies and feed their hungry children !!
@@SamSung-qh3km Its not about Western food or African food . When you are young and active you can eat what you like within reason .Once you cross 50 years you have to watch what you eat . I can eat a big bowl of okro soup , cooked with tomatoes and olive oil instead of palm oil, as a meal. My fufu is made out of oats or green plantain but very small amount . A typical meal is chicken or fish baked, with a big bowl of vegetable , broccoli , salad mix, cauliflower, brussels sprouts , cabbage . I eat rice on special occasions! I eat a lot of beans. I cannot go vegan because I like meat , but I rarely eat beef . I want to live a healthy life and not have a stroke or kidney failure or vison problems . I have not needed any medication and I feel so much better walking every day !
U forget africa has 54 african countries. Talk about nigeria and othe west african countries because east Africans don't cook with oily and with large amount of cubes. In my tribe we eat a lot of greens. We don't cook with lot of oil

God has ways of opening opportunities. You added value to the lives of those who came in contact with you

The variety of textures in the kislux pack is impressive. From smooth leather to textured suede, there's something for everyone.

I get my berries from supermarkets. They are pretty expensive though

Watching from London thanks
My mom bought one kislux and she loves it. It had been there for over 10 years when she went out with it.
Eiii, Hayford and his favourite word when he's interviewing...INTERESTING! Can we count how many times he says "Interesting". Hahaha
How many times have you imitating him
GHANA SHOULD GROW MORE GREEN VEGETABLES. CABBAGE BROCCOLI KALE ETC
We eat TOO MUCH STARCH!!
Soooooo true. It will take some education. Food preparation is critical. We normally kill all the nutrients when we cook

We are eating foods that are chemicals infected. Our woe.
Our Liberian brother. We claimed you. Come back home.
Ghana is also home. We own a home in the Adenta Municipality @ Lakeside Estates, Community 8

Double check the palm oil.
So are you saying the western food is better?
