Their chicken is super crispy, well seasoned, and well battered like southern Louisiana folks cook chicken. And- the side red beans and rice, mash potatoes and gravy, cole saw, and greens are delicious also. Their biscuits are not good. Churches biscuits are very very good. Hope one day you will try it. Have an awesome day and week.
The original recipe chicken isn't actually double battered but it's cooked in a pressurised oil fryer. Hot n Spicy isn't pressurised which gives it its crispy texture.

You are the only person I know who actually cleans a chicken, i have friends that eat the middle part of the leg leavin the crispy bottom of the cartilage and it low-key pisses me off 😂😂, like u basically never ate the chicken in the first place. Glad there's others that eat chicken the RIGHT way😂

I hear that they fry their chicken in pressure cookers, but I am not sure if that is true. KFC is my favorite and I also like Church's chicken too!! Do you have a pressure cooker, electric or stovetop pressure cooker? If so, try frying it like that and see if it tastes better than deep frying it.

Hi Quang Tran. When you go to Jollibee for the first time , order the spicy fried chicken. It's so bomb, dip it in gravy. Their regular fried chicken is so good too, not greasy, very crispy but super moist inside. KFC is okay but I can't take too much grease.
