That's the only reason they stop at 11 months and pay the 12th month. Previous to nathella issue we had even 36 months plan. After the issue RBI intervened and said since they are not NBFC, they cannot offer such scheme for longer tenures. All said investors money is not safe. Don't risk your hard earned money.
In Tamilnadu lalitha jewellery has this scheme. But now they stopped the bonus amt I think. Only 0% wastage, and they credit as gold every month to your account after payment.need to be checked

One day set up some exhibition in my native and collected funds like this that time in my home they paid some 500/- when I’m a kid. The showroom people promised they’re opening their store in my native but not opened that time and opened after 3-4months and when all the people went along with those receipts they denied stating everything was genuine but it crossed 3months so they can’t do anything and many people lost that 500/- it’s a small sum that’s fine because another store is some 65kms just imagine if it’s large sum of amount like this guy saying what wld be scenario. This scheme is there in very small shop with only 1branch that too size of shop is just the space of 3autos just imagine how small still it’s there in that also.

Till 2022 almost all top jewellers atleast in southern India had this offer of zero wastage and making charges. Now that is been taken off making charges now you need to pay full but 50% discount of wastage. But many still invest in gold as gold rate is increasing year on year steadily

We have the scheme in our town. We saved 500 per month and 12 th month is free. But making charges and depreciation is not waved while buying

Gold scheme offered by jewellers are not SEBI regulated. It comes under ultra high risk scheme where you could lose your complete capital.
If you want to buy jewellery then it's the best way. If you want to invest in gold svrn gold or etfs are best...
