If i remember i will be applying this November (expired) EMTB outta southern cali and grew up racing moto at all the west coast tracks. Would love to help out the team!
I don’t know the answer to that but all official SAR operations are run out of the county Sheriff offices, so that would be the place to check for big counties in Oregon.

Great question. Deschutes SAR is volunteer only.
