Dawn of War 3" is indeed an example of a game that didn't receive the fair support it could have had. The game tried to merge RTS elements with MOBA, which initially seemed like an innovative approach. Unfortunately, many players didn’t accept this shift towards a more hybrid style, which diverged from the traditional RTS mechanics known from the previous installments. The criticism spread quickly, and some people began to base their opinions on others' feedback rather than forming their own, leading to a sort of "broken telephone" effect.
A lot of people complained about the lack of depth in the mechanics and the reduced emphasis on individual unit control compared to the previous games in the series. However, the introduction of giant units and spectacular battles had its charm, and the campaign itself was extensive and offered an engaging narrative.
It's unfortunate that "Dawn of War 3" didn’t receive longer-term support, as it had the potential to grow and gain a better reputation within the community. In times when mobile games can thrive despite microtransactions and often superficial mechanics, ambitious titles like "Dawn of War 3" fade from the radar. It's a shame, because with the right updates, it could have become something truly exceptional.
But DOW2 was essentially a MOBA so it wasn't some crazy divergence it combined the base building and economy of DOw1 with DOW2s unit control.
@@feeblemind there was no towers, shop, lines. One character with limited gear and few teams in campain. Skrimish has little building but it was most tactical than other games.
DoW 3 got also a points gathered for elites and power generator mode with two turrets. Thats some moba divergance but it was optional and not that bad.
Is there a campaign for these games ? Ive been watching your gaemplay for like 3 days now and Im interested playing this warhammer franchise.

@cuongtruong6077 I have no problems running. Just try to clear steam cache and install it. If you have recommended specifications for the game, it will run smoothly.
@strategygame40k179 My computer ram is 32GB, I7 chip and VGA 3060 card. I think it's enough for a beautiful love story. But it seems like there's something wrong here. I searched and tried many ways online, there are some people who have the same problem as me, but it doesn't seem to help. Thank you very much

dawn of war 2 is more funny and have more factions, this game only have 3
only need to download elite mod , the majority of people play there, now in steam dawn of war 2 its in offer for only 5 dollars i think, i dont speak english well
