As per my working experience with Dentrix -- if you don't select fee schedule in the patient's chart it will give you higher or no fee in the ledger regardless of linking it with Insurance
I am a lead dental assistant who knows nothing about insurance, how to get it in the system how to connect it to the new pt or anything. Can you do a dentrix insurance for dummy video?
Thank you for your suggestion Deandra, that is an excellent idea! I have added it to my list for future webinar topics. In the meantime, you may also want to connect with Dayna Johnson and Novonee. Dayna also has a UA-cam channel with videos that I think may be of great help to you. Here is the link to Dayna's channel if you would like to have a look~>ua-cam.com/channels/A6yZbGEuQgIq8K_azU18uQ.html.
In regards to Delta Premier fee schedules not being published, untrue. On the home screen of Delta there is an option to view contracted fee reports. Click that and on the next screen at the top left side, click contracted fees. In the left box that has the provider name and address it says General dentist under it, click that and then the info will copy into the right box. Once you do that the 2 green boxes appear at the bottom of the screen: Premier contracted fees and PPO contracted fees. Download desired There is also an option at the bottom of the home screen to Submit Premier Contracted fees. This should be done every year.
Hello Yonna, thank you for that detailed description of how to access the premier fee schedule in your state. Can you let us know for what Delta Dental state website these instructions are for? What I find is that every Delta website is slightly different and not every practice has access to their premier fee schedule.
Hi Paola, thanks for reaching out with your questions. My suggestion is to contact Dayna Johnson via her online Dentrix Community, Novonee (novonee.com/) and Dayna will be happy to help with any software specific questions you have. I hope you have a great weekend!
Yes, I can help. There is a lot that goes into treatment planning so let me know if you are interested in some one on one training. The simple answer is to use the TX icon on the toolbar to add procedures to the treatment plan. You can use the Procedure Buttons to add the most common procedures for your office.
do you have an updated course for Dentrix 2022 for billing, treatment,,etc
My office just dropped all insurances. And I'm confused as of how to write off or make adjustments.. can you help?
