every scandanivian countries are nordic , sometimes finland gets excluded because they typically dont belong to the scandanavian peninsula, but they are consdiered among them due to their close ties with nordic culture and even northern part of finland belongs ro scandanivia, and the cross is nordic cross and u excluded iceland from it
