Congrats for the learner in this video that passed their driving test! By the way, since I've already passed nearly two months ago, I am starting to try and help other students to pass their driving test too! I've heard from two of my friends from my school that are going for their driving test next Monday and Tuesday both at 1:55pm in the afternoon, at Helensvale. I said to them "Okay, please be aware of school zones while you're driving!" I've also noticed that some driving examiners may be a bit biased if the driving instructor talks to the examiner as they have more desire on passing rather than doing their job. E.g. if the student is confused at a roundabout on which lane they need to stay on if the roundabout is spiral and the student can't follow the roundabout properly, the instructor tries to tell the examiner to not bring the student to the same roundabout during the driving test. Finally, I'm starting to hear a lot of learners complaining on how long they need to wait if they fail their driving test in Queensland (failing three or more times is the biggest concern due to that you need to wait for about a month before taking the test again). This is why some driving examiners are wanting more desire to pass the students than failing them (unless the student make a critical driving error btw). My driving instructor already knows this issue as well.
Well, driving examiners are impartial. They all undergo a rigorous selection process before becoming examiners. They only pass candidates who demonstrate competent driving skills. Additionally, the one-month cooling-off period after the third or subsequent failures provides learners with an opportunity to enhance their preparation and improve their chances of success in the driving test.
Hi Omid, just want to thank you for all your videos - I just passed my driving test at Greenslopes today thanks to your videos!! Keep up the great work, I am truly grateful. Take care!
I also passed with two minor driving errors as well. Two of them for not entering the intersection on green to turn right. I did my test at Wilsonton, Toowoomba.
Do you straighten your wheels when you park for the reverse parking manoeuvre? Obviously you do when actually parking, but given you are going to drive off almost immediately will the instructor expect you to straighten them?

@alyssa2242 No you don't have to straighten the wheels
Awesome, thankyou
Do they check the windows work properly?
Yes
Does the examiner ask everyone to parallel Park ?
Not really. It's all random
