This is pretty tough to do normally since usually placing one wool block will alert some other shrieker on the other side of the continent
Placing wool doesn't activate skulk sensors so they can't activate the shrieker.

Get elytra land on chests break them and take the loot then escape flying to safety, bring couple of shulkers so you store items it them
