You have to find out whether you like Programming or Data Analysis. These are two very different fields. If you dont understand then find out what you have to do in each field. That will give you an idea.

You will find growth when you go from a Generalist to Expertise. Tools and Technology or Streams dont matter. Every tool & technology where you can find a job is important today. But your growth depends on how good you are and what are you doing to develop an expertise.

Datanalyst does not need coding but you may still need to learn SQL.

Which is better to study, Salesforce or SAP?
Sir I have heard Salesforce developer Cannot Easily switch the career on other technology that is true or not and why.
Because they have only limited knowledge of coding languages whereas full stack dev have upper hand in Lang skill they can switch to various platform easily which Salesforce dev cannot even think of.
Salesforce programming abilities are very focused on the platform, devs usually have not the same depth of knowledge other languages devs have. Salesforce development is a good option if you want to stay as a Salesforce/CRM domain professional.

Start with web development first then you can move to Full Stack after that you can think about SAP or Salesforce. Web Development will help you become a programmer after that you can choose your path.

Your salary depends on the company's requirement and your competence. It is not dependent on MERN or Java Full Stack. Both can have similar or different salary as per many factors that you cannot easily predict.

SFD or FSD are programming jobs. Data Analysis is a non programming job. You can learn Data Analysis on Excel or using some Data Tools. If you are non technical at present check whether you can understand data bases and working with data. Then you can go for Data Analysis. It will be easier than programming.

That depends on your interest and what you are capable of learning. Both fields are in demand. Offcourse Full Stack Development will have more requirements than Data Science because it is required for all software development activities.
