Sir I'm web designer ,but want to switch in salesforce ? But my logic is not good.what I do ?
I switched from Salesforce at ps to MEAN stack developer at tcs as I was on bench on previous company for almost 4 months without any update like when I get the project or now but I worked on a project for around 1.5 months as a shadow project and I am sure Salesforce is very good tech to work on.
I had worked on APEX, LWC, Integrations and service cloud ☁️ and found Salesforce very interesting.
Now my total experience is 1 year.
I found this video very insightful for the ones who are very confused.
My experience working at ps is not that good training was top notch, work environment and compensation is top notch employees are very friendly but there is very high uncertainty to getting projects specially for freshers and they are increasing workforce with a very high rate but for certain tech stacks they don't have enough project in which they can allocate freshers so if you can sit idle in your initial career stage without any issue ps is good company otherwise it's not a good company.

Bro recently I did my 6 month full stack data engineering training in Cognizant. Currently i got project on ETL informatica. I also completed Azure certifications. My total exp is 1.5 years as i worked for 10 months before in Nvidia as process executive. Is data engineering good for my career? Or should I got for Java FSE ?

Sir personally have two offer
Have got an offer from nagaro and when I said for resignation from my current organization they asked for breakup and then offer around the same and promised atleast 10-20% hike in written (atleast from the hr mail) then what nagarro was offering.
1) should i counter nagarro with current new breakup from my current company.
2) i want to join nagarro but without any hike and also switching in just 5-6 months.
Need someone suggestion what should I do and also need to pay some fine etc to leave the current company so actually would be in a loss if i join nagarro at current offer.

I have got one offer for a developer role in another company, but i am not very good in coding.Although i know java. Is testing a good option for me and is it possible to change from developer role to testing.

I am a salesforce developer with 2 yrs experience but due to 3 months notice period no calls for jobs our complete batch is not getting calls.
Don't understand.. were u laid off from Salesforce or you left without giving 3 months notice to company that you're not getting calls??
@@punkedcrap salesforce dev in other company..no i am working but i know i am underpaid 4.5 for 2 yrs experience...so our entire batch is trying to leave problem is companies are not calling
And many company who gave my junior 1yr 15 lpa are now offering 6lpa..basically our entire batch got only 3 calls ...we are stuck i think recession has affected salesforce developers too since most clients are us uk based
@@rucha3385 ok so i assume ur working in a tier 2 service based company.. is it!? Then u should try & move to a product based company. Also use LinkedIn for opportunities not just online job portals. Best way is to identify a company then search gor team leads, principal engineers, hiring managers etc and send ur CV directly in msg to them with a brief overview about ur relevant skillset in the msg itself. Ask them about if there's any position available either in their team or department. Approaching managers this way is beneficial as they can directly pick ur cv over others through official hiring process as u approach them directly. Telling u this from personal experience. Also make sure u approach only 1 manager at a time for 1 company. If no response or rejected move on to other. Try this for multiple companies at the same time.. you'll surely get + response.
@@punkedcrap salesforce is service sector so there may be very few product companies . Thank you for the advice i will try , also one more weird question should i add my mobile no. In all those resume that i share ... i once shared my resume as a fresher the guy didn't refer me but started chatting with me on whatsapp eventually i had to block him. A lot of information goes in wrong hands when we share few details for reference whats ur suggestion..
