The sad part? They originally intended Giygas to be the main antagonist of Mother 3 as well and also you could battle him. There is an unused battle theme for Giygas in the Mother 3's code. It was scrapped for some unknown reason.
It turns out that giygas theme Was actually just a slowed down of the dcmc encore and besides giygas was never planned either way itoi confirmed The final battle was always brother vs brother
He was never planned to return. The battle theme is just an audio test and the background people claim to be for Giygas was meant for and early Masked Man fight.

This would be a lot better if Giygas used more than just PK Flash. You should have given him PK thunder Beta, maybe PK love alpha. Just to be a bit more accurate to how he was in Earthbound.

I don't think so. Even though he originally was the bad guy, he ends up just becoming Porky (or Pokey)'s tool, which he could make do anything he wished. Then in Mother 3, when Claus almost was killed by the Mecha Drago, Porky found him and turned him into a powerful slave, which ultimately led to his death. I think Porky is the most evil Nintendo villain.
BUT!!! If this theory I have about the Mother series is correct, then you would be right. My Theory: Porky used to be a shy, nice kid, then suddenly becomes evil. I think Giygas possessed him and Porky was still possessed, even during Mother 3. If so, every evil thing Porky did was Giygas's fault, making him the truly evil one.

Due to it being impossible to play this on a GBA (The music made it impossible), he probably used an emulator.
