Thank you, Ox. My husband works full time in healthcare, same hospital for 32+ years. We are both 53. I’m a social worker but took years off to raise our three daughters. I left a full time position I had at the end of 2021. I re entered the job about 8 months ago with this inflation spanking we are all getting. I was blessed to land a part time job that pays well. No benefits which is fine with me since I’m covered under my husband’s insurance. Even though each day brings its challenges, I’m grateful for this job. Massachusetts is an expensive state to live in….and more so now.
Hey ox I'm a truck driver. I work for a small company in Vegas. We do specialty work like moving flatbed loads and new trailers and also stacks of container trailers. Occasionally some Amazon if it pays well. It pays well, over 2k a week.
I complain too, but I run my husband’s law firm🤣 I am very grateful we have been able to do our own thing most of our married life. BTW-you help people STAY ALIVE! Thank you 🙏

@@IntitleAZ lol I forgot you’re a title buff. they are quite different animals partition versus quiet title, but both are equitable in nature both require litigation guarantees and both enable the recording of a lis pendens against the property. 👍
Understood, that’s kind of my bag and my niche. If a new order comes into my office that’s outside of the usual workflow, it gets pushed over to me. For the most part, providing closing services and title insurance is the bread and butter of title companies. Although I do issue policies, all the other specialized products (Lit Guarantees, Trustee’s Sale Guarantees, Condition of Title Reports, etc.) wind up on my desk as well. So yes, I really enjoy hearing about your real property cases.
I watched an eye-opening documentary on YT yesterday that gives an explanation for the opening of the US border, and the shadow govt in the US, among other things. It’s called “American Jesuits: A History of Jesuitism in the United States,” by Chris Pinto. A channel called Chuck D Truth airs it on his channel for free. Anyway, I highly recommend it, even if it’s long. It’s well worth the watch. God bless. ✝️

Well the best financial news is that people getting pensions from certain professions are now going to get up to 3600 extra a month in social security even though most didn't pay a cent into it. Guess I'll have to get my 2K a month go further. Would of had a nice retirement if the judge hadn't let my ex clean out everything I have
