When I get really depressed about the state of our country, my spirits are lifted by the beautiful singing praising Our Lord. May more and more of our youth turn to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
This is the most beautiful song , I've ever heard in my life. I love the Amish people so much. Thank you . I love you.
I am an atheist who has not been to church in 35+ years. Just sing this and I might sit in one sunday.

Einer unserer Priester hat sich an Kindern( Ministranten)vergriffen und wurde lediglich in ein anderes Bundesland versetzt. Das ist nicht Gottes Wille gewesen. Er hat Ihn dafür bestraft mit Krebs und Taubheit. Das hat er nicht überlebt.
Die Kirche ist nicht erhaben über Gott. Erst wenn das wirklich wieder gelebt wird, möchte ich wieder in die Gemeinschaft.

We attended this church during a mission trip in Virginia. A woman came up to us after the service and invited our entire team back to their home. I think with the team and the family there was a total of 22 people. They had a dining room table that just kept getting longer and longer until everyone had a seat. The fellowship was amazing as we prayed together and then made small talk and eventually laughed together. One of my most treasured memories. Let's go down to the river and pray.

Lost my mom last year and when I'm overwhelmed with grief I'm often reminded of how much she Loved the Lord and worshiping him, and I think she's having a blast in heaven with Jesus himself!❤❤

Hear Hear! I was thinking watching that video of the choir kids in the hotel singing this, why is that choirs, singing, orchestras, ect, Affect us humans so much. Like, there's just something about the coming-togetherness or something that just hits us in our bones. Almost doesn't matter What choir or orchestra I listen to, doesn't matter what they play, seems like most of the time it makes me get emotional xD ^_^

I don't know how many times i watch this! This is Christian music, soothing the soul.
Really enjoyed how well the singers followed the director. Soft to louder and back again. They were paying attention to a great leader. Anyone can tell they were all having a great time. What a blessing.

I got to meet some Menonites in Mexico and this song is a reflection of how beautiful your faith is.
Thank you for this!! My son sang this in his choir last year and we listened to this recording as he learned his part. I believe it made a big difference! I was hospitalized earlier this year with pneumonia, and sitting there in the hospital bed, I just thought of this song and listened to this video of it over and over. It brought me a lot of peace. I'm not Christian (nor of any other faith for that matter), but this is a beautiful rendition!
I think there is something, some 'unstoppable power', in music and this power touches people regardless of their creed or believe. People sing when they are happy, when they are sad, in times of triumph and times of bitter defeat. They sing even in dire times, in defiance of seemingly unconquerable might. People sing when a baby is born, when they get married, when they give their last farewell to someone on the graveside. It is incredible that music even has this 'power' if you don't understand the word of the song.

I love it. Our 7th, 8th and 9th graders went on a field trip from Arizona to Wash. DC and to HersheyPennsylvania. We visited an Amish Farm.We were so impressed with the Amish and their personal devotion to God and Family.. We are a Christian School and the students loved the Amish and the beauty of the farms.

I have been wondering how I got this beautiful song recommended. I am playing it over and over again.
I am a practicing Buddhist and this video touches me to the depths of my very soul. I listen to it whenever I am feeling down and it really helps lift me.
May you be able to taste & see the living word of God the Almighty Creator, & find salvation & eternal life through the Lord Jesus Christ, bcoz no karma can break the cycle of life, but only the live of Yahweh & the grace of Yeshua ha Maschiah can give eternal life. Why does one need to break when one can live eternally in Heaven bcoz Jesus died for us, our sins, but He rose again & is in Heaven, & will be coming for His faithful ones, very soon.
This is God's music for everyone under Heaven. Enjoy and be glad !
