The immigration laws are strict, and people are afraid to harbour or employ someone in case they are an illegal immigrant. They would be fined a minimum of 20.000 pounds. Also, the homelessness route is better for her because if she lives with someone, the government will be under no obligation to give her housing because they would no longer consider her homeless.The laws are tough and strict.

Tess, i started watching your videos after the one you posted on Instagram about going back to Kenya.,first and foremost, let me just say, you are so brave!you are so strong!you are so courageous. Never mind the naysayers especially those who have never lived in the UK. You survived you made it!! Its very hard especially when you have encountered a broken marriage! There is nothing as bad as being homeless because, even then, how do you work without a place to sleep? Even paying for hotels and airbnb i must say, you must have saved up alot to achieve that! This iwas a literal life or death situation and you made it, I cant wait to see whats in store for you.
