Today's video is a lil mental health check up, I just wanted to check in on you and see how you're doing. This is the sort of video I have wanted/needed and like come on who doesn't want a friend to bring them gifts, food, brush their hair and do their laundry?! I've had many periods of self-imposed isolation in the past because I was regressing back into old habits and felt like I could only socialise when I was doing 'well' and had something exciting about my life to tell my friends. But I realise that friendships, true friendships, are ones where you're supported through the bad, average, sad and boring times too. Just want you to know that you're enough, okay and accepted exactly as you are. Let go of any expectations and just enjoy my company and our time together with this video.

For the first time in my life, I actually feel like I’m doing alright. It was my birthday last week and I promised myself I’d push myself to improve myself. I’ve finally got around to applying for a job and I’ve also been around my family, even if my headphones are on or I’m focusing on my phone, just sitting around them is a huge improvement or me. I’ve also been working on loosing weight after a few long years of depression taking its toll on my size. And as soon as COVID calms down more, I’m also going to be working on making friends.
There’s still a lot ‘wrong’ with me, but I finally feel like I can truly move past my past trauma and have a proper life
Well this aged like milk.

I've been struggling for years with my mental health but the amount of love and support people have been giving me throughout never ceases to amaze. If anyone here feels like they're alone in this please know you are not and that you are loved 💛

I’m a therapist (in training) and seeing someone check in on my mental health was so much nicer than I thought it would be, even from a UA-cam video.

I was having a terrrrrrible day yesterday, dealing with some personal issues and such and then I found this video and it really helped calm my nerves. I am sooo thankful to the ASMR community and I know a lot of us rely on it to ease anxiety. We're blessed to have so many wonderful creators out there to turn to in our time of need.
