Nice video! Try doing squats more in the beginning wegen you have more energy, its better yo train big muscle groups in te beginning and move forward to more isolated muscle exercises. You could also include Hip-Thrust in your routine as your glutes are the most important muscle when you want to sprint. I love to see you grind, keep it up brother!
