The bracelet reminds me of The Destroyer in the first Thor film.
This is the most underrated watch of all time. It's my absolute favorite thing.
The display caseback is lovely, showing off that movement. Very nice watch
Even though Moser's designs are often not my cup of tea, I must admit that it is the only high-end watch brand out there that has a spark of true originality. If you haven't seen their perpetual calendar, it might blow you away--it looks absolutely nothing like the offerings from other brands.
Stunning dial, love this watch
watching this whilst wearing my H Moser & Cie Braille watch from 1960. Great Watches with Great Heritage
Wow. That bracelet is 🔥🔥🔥
Weird timing, I bought this watch today! It is just unbelievable in person, the best bracelet I’ve ever held.
Great looking watch with a very cool looking bracelet.
Reminds me a bit of an Ebel bracelet. That's another brand that I'm surprised fell so hard. They were very nice and even partnered up with Girard Perregeux on some of their movements (and also used to produce all metal quartz movements for the likes of Cartier).
max busser is on record saying Ebel was his first good watch
Ebel is underrated
This is also one of the best movements as well with the double Straumann hairspring
Excellent looking watch and bracelet
To me this watch is weird and sexy at the same time. For sure a watch i would love to wear. Super interesting. The green dial looks amazing and the bracelet is a work of art. Definitely love it!
Nice video and beautiful watch indeed
I generally don't like Moser watches, but this does look very cool. The bracelet in particular looks stunning.
Wonderful watches bro
Great video and I share your impressions of this watch. I also hear what you're saying about the potential to introduce a new brand into the "holy trinity". However, I don't think Moser would be the first one on the list of candidates if that were to happen. I've heard a lot more watch enthusiasts talking about Lange or JLC as deserving it. In fact, I don't think I've heard anyone else talk about Moser in that context at all until now. Moser is an excellent brand with a very creative design approach, no doubt. It's just that there are so many other excellent brands out there as well with as good or better credentials.
I had exactly the same reaction as you did. ALS, or maybe JLC deserves that place.
the holy trinity criteria is odd because its not the oldest brands (otherwise breguet would be there), nor the strongest brands (otherwise rolex would be there), nor necessarily highest quality. Moser is right up there in terms of credentials as they are on par with JLC and Lange in terms of in house manufacturing capability (how many others do hairsprings!). In fact the more I think about it, I reckon the holy trinity thing was a predetermined marketing alliance effort by the AP VC and PP in the face of Rolex's growth and a declining swiss brand premium (in the face of excellent german and japanese competition). If they created an exclusive club to which no-one else was invited they could protect their brand premium. If there was space for one more then I would say it would have to be Chopard. JLC is a step down from them and Lang isn't swiss enough ;)
Stan is the man!!
H Moser is right at the top of the horological scale. Quality, Originality and understated beauty.
A watch that has its own style and even a secret. Having met the person who owns this watch, I can decide that he is one of the true rulers of the World.
Very nice, looks like a 70's Stelux expanding band though. If that's what's currently floating people's boats, then more power to them.
Thank you, Bruce, for this very nice video. May I ask what you think about the Chopard Alpine Eagle? I’ve tried on the 41mm grey dial version and I’ve loved this dial, which, IMO, only compares to the Royal Oak’s (the model I’ve tried on is the 15450st grey dial, my personal favorite color). But the Alpine Eagle is far cheaper, its COSC certified, it’s available and it’s a watch you might dare wearing in public without fearing to be assaulted (a thing which would bother me with the RO). The only downside to my eyes is the industrial finishings of the movement, which is in-house but deliberately made to cut costs and make the watch more affordable. Do you have any personal thoughts on this Chopard model?
My buddie Luke has one of these and loves it their sweet pieces
is there a version in blue? I will love it!!! great video
I am a huge fan of this brand
My favourite bracelet is the AP Royal Oak. I'm not so taken by the rest of the watch or the buying process 😁
This watch is absolutely amazing and unique. Definitely my grail watch and a future icon.
On the other hand, VC overseas’ lug to lug is just too big for some wrists. Streamliner is way more comfortable and supple to wear.
Vacheron.... "CONS TAWN TON!!!!" F****** Bruce, love it 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Absolutely gorgeous watch.
Moser is probably the "best" independent brand making all levels of watches with in house movements
The watch itself is like a more beautiful version of the radiomir
The bracelet most resembles the belly scales of a snake to me. It's beautiful. I couldn't live with the dial on that thing, though.
Now that I love
I love that snake skin bracelet.
Bracelet and movement more attractive than the watch dial for sure
I have this watch and the dial is absolutely stunning and the colour changes in various levels of light is amazing
H Moser is so interesting and I really do like what they offer. That bracelet is soooo cool, would I actually buy it? No cause it's very pricy and it's tougher to know how much the resell value is going to be in a few years vs more established names, But I wish I could afford to take the risk
What a beauty. Totaly agree on the bracelet being seductive. The whole watch is seductive!
Agreed
EBEL wave is the first
That bracelet is sublime!
Any thoughts on the CW Bel Canto Bruce?
Hope to see one in person! Looks cool from pics
This watch was briefly in a 2nd season episode of House. Very unique dial and bracelet made it easy to spot.
Do you remember who was wearing it?
@@tbprofile1295 House was working the walk in clinic, a guy comes in, well dressed, wearing the Moser and no health insurance. House tells him he has a lung deases that would be a pre-existing condition and preclude him from coverage, if he is diagnosed. House comments that he can afford the nice watch, but has no insurance? They guy leaves to buy insurance before he gets the official written diagnoses. House is smug, but admits the guy just has a cold, but now at least he has insurance, hopefully.
@@TheBigWrist thanks
The Streamliner came out in 2019 I think. Wasn't House over by then? IMDB says House ended in 2012. 🤷♂️
@@everyones.shadow Can you think of another watch with the same dial and similar bracelet?
amazing. but the dial why not pink purple. instead of this sophisticated forest green? looks alien enough to go a bit overboard with the dial but they kept it all serious.
Kinda sad this one is not available in their stores anymore
Green lobster. I'm not a huge fan of the hand set but the bracelet is great
I’m sure it’s well made but I really hate the look of the watch
🔥🔥🔥
The goldilocks zone of, it doesn't have a screw down crown and it's crown screws down too much. Your killing me Bruce😂
When you nitpick a 20k watch, one sounds a bit ridiculous lol
Almost won again!😂
@@BruceWilliams This is why I wear a Seiko...nitpicking is just a normal part of it at that level and usually justified..🤣
the designer was absolutely a fan of HR Giger
How does it compare to the Czapek Anrtarctique?
Beautiful watches but hard to service unless you live near an AD or you don't mind going direct
nice, but unrealistic price without brand cache!
Is that L2 or L3 cache?
I believe Ebel is the first to make this type of bracelet with their Wave models.
Unfortunately Ebel didn’t do it as well as Moser did, and that makes a world of difference.
@@seaweed719 I have an Ebel 1911 el primero chronograph on a wave bracelet. Simply the most comfortable bracelet I have worn. Period. And I own the new speedmaster on bracelet and a jubilee Datejust.. It is a work of art and paper thin
I will be prepared to agree if the bracelet has a micro adjustment mechanism. Should be simple enough and to me, a glaring omission. The watch is in my rotation and would have been ranked much higher with this simple improvement.
The only thing I don't get about this watch, is that people hype the model with no date window, completely missing the horological reason why this brand has succeeded, which is its new design of the date feature.
That is indeed a beautiful strap. Not a big fan of the green colour though
I absolutley hate integrated bracelets. Nice vid and watch.
Not my favourite h Moser but I would love if they extended this bracelet to some of their other models.
The deployant is unimaginably cheap for this grade of watch. Pass 100%
Butterfly is pretty common at the tier...
@@BruceWilliams I mean the quality of the butterfly looks to be lacking...just a parts bin piece.
The butterfly clasps from JLC are better and cheaper
Vacheron Constantin Overseas?
brand prestige, history and recognition are BS marketing points used to drive up watch prices to absurd and ridiculous levels. I have owned the VC overseas and the Moser is absolutely on the same level. I would say personally the Moser is superior because of design aesthetics and the bracelet in my opinion is also superior. I have rarely seen another person with a streamliner but, I have run into people with an overseas. That in of itself is worth the price for me. excellent review by the way.
I feel like H. Moser couldn't care less where in the watch world where people place them in regards to the "Holy Trinity". They make high end watches with a no-fucks-given attitude. Which is refreshing in an industry full of same. Are they for everyone? Absolutely not. But that's what makes them appealing over said AP/Patek/VC etc.
H Mozer isn't Geneva level hand finished... but nice nevertheless.
It's got the Geneva seal and it's Moser not Mozer.
I get the same vibes with my Tissot PRX 80. Take out the H Moser logo, put in a small gold dot and you have a Movado
I also get the same feeling when I see a Porsche driving my VW. It’s just about the logo and it’s even the same owners of the companies.
@@AlbertKel 😂
Bruce, don’t give Grand Seiko ideas for a samurai armor bracelet (WITH and adjustable clasp).
Thought u love a clasp with quick adjust. None here, you hate the AT clasp though!
Just change the brand name and people will change their opinion
@@diavalus fickle lol
I’d honestly put them ahead of the royal trinity
Looks like an Ebel bracelet
Looks like Ebel. Not my cup of tea. But nice design.
Me: oh i really like this watch lemme search for it real quick
*sees 30k price online*
Me:nevermind… ill wait for seiko modders to make something similar😅
No knock on you. I enjoy most of your content. But this watch........YUK!!!!
I see Ironman armor
We get it, you want to fhck this watch. We do too. Great review
Price?
Google?
Bracelet is inspired/copied Omega Speedsonic.
Dude you're not far from 100,000 subscribers.
dope watch waaaaayyyyy too expensive
This watch looks cheap for real 🤣.
I feel like brands who try to get on the integrated bracelet wagon forget one thing, thinness. For me what really made the Royal Oak and the Nautilus great is the industrial design from the front combined with the elegance demonstrated through the thinness of the watch when you look at it from the side. It really hits you, you really don't expect it the first time.
big agree
Well, if the brand made another integrated watch with industrial design, haters would criticize it for copying RO and Nautilus. I guess some ppl will always made up something to blame no matter what 🤷♂️
Btw, this watch is 10mm thick without the domed sapphire, and lug to lug 45 mm, which make it extremely comfortable to wear.
AP sucks tho. PP or nothing.
Lmao get outta here. This Streamliner is 9.9mm thick without the domed crystal, and 11.8mm with the domed crystal. The Nautilus is admittedly thinner at sub-9mm, but the 15500 Royal Oak is 10.4mm. The actual case portion of this watch is thinner than the 15500. This watch does not wear thick by any measure. And neither the Royal Oak nor Nautilus are exactly the holy grail of industrial design from the front either. They are iconic, but let's not get that confused. The Streamliner has a great dial, excellent and unique bracelet, and great movement finishing, even when held up against its competition.
You can obviously take the stance that this watch is not for your tastes, since we all have different tastes, one way or another, but where is this watch objectively cheap?
I don't think Bruce can be loyal to one watch. No matter how nice it is. I think he suffers from watch hypergamy.
lol who the heck in this hobby only wants to like one watch??
Again, no micro adjustment clasp. At this price point it's a disgrace
Ebel copy change my mind
If only it had micro adjustment.
The bracelet which is beautifully made etc, but reminds me offa snake skin which really turns me off. It’s a firm no and the watch is not at all to my taste. I’ve owned 2 HMs but they left and do not miss them.
Awesome watch but little bit out of reach 😄
Sounds from the comments that about 50% of people like it and 50% don't ...🤷♂
I've never liked this model. The movement is a thing of beauty.
Look like a snake's belly to me. Or a snake eating its own tail. Too dressy for my taste. I like the back, that's a cool looking rotor.
I think you are exaggerating a little bit about this brand, nothing can be compared with Patek Philippe, preguet , etc., the finish of dial is not as perfect as you expected and is far below the mentioned brands, simply it is not a perfect watch and doesn’t worth its price at all. But thanks for reviewing it.
Ebel much better. Just a hommage
Great watch design! Boring dial and hands
Say organic one more time ,,,,,,,,,, I dare you
They beed to pay me a lot for put this thing on my wrist.. i don t like the watch and the beurkkkk bracelet
Moser > Vacheron Constantin
From a former VC fanboy. No matter how hard I tried, VC is ugly AF
Love Moser. Love integrated-bracelet steel sports watches. But that thing is FUGLY.
You used the word "organic" just 8 times so try for an even dozen in your next video. 🙄
Organic organic organic organic organic organic organic organic organic organic organic organic
@@BruceWilliams like watches as we can see they don’t make men like they used to. Buddy watching a watch video and turning into an English professor… great job again Bruce! You kill it every time!

Copied style from Ebel
Gotta disagree. It already looks dated.
This bracelet is a copy of Ebel
