I just watched this video again because I want to set up a pre-order for my next album but couldn't remember how to only allow people access to selected tracks before the release date. Thanks for that - question answered!
The unfortunate thing for me is that they don't allow NYOP from free releases as a pre-order. But good to think about if I decide to release a track with an actual price.
@@MrSteJ It wouldn't pass as a free netlabel if I didn't set the price as free. My tracks are also under Creative Commons which can be shared for free.

Do Bandcamp still release funds from pre orders within a few days? I’m thinking of setting one up in order to use the funds to pay for a vinyl pressing so want to make sure this is how it works before I do so.

How come you never set a price Barry? Just your ethos for your releases?

How does merch like a CD work in a pre-order? I am concerned that all the tracks would be visible during a pre-order.

You could always change the price when its released!
Help! I followed all pre-order instructions but all of my tracks are streamable and not just the one we chose to give fans for pre-ordering
