Hi Jan - do these websites for old versions still exist? Or is Poly Lens the only way to download them now? The custom URL option would be helpful - but where do you get the list of URLs? Thanks.

Hello, Jan. Is that the screen can show 4 participants only while my video is placed on the bottom corner? Can the screen layout show more participants including me?

Today the Collab Bar shows 4 participants (2x2 grid) with selfview bottom corner correct and in the latest Teams App you can now change layout (gallery and content position) when somebody shares content. Now upcoming Microsoft has already public announced 9 participants (3x3 grid). See here a reference to public roadmap search for "Collab Bar".

Hello Jan, Really helpful video. Is it possible to also clarify how to search contacts from TC8 to make instant Teams call from Studio X series.
Thanks for your comments. The only way today to search contacts and start ad hoc via is the d pad on the TC8 or Trio in Controller mode via Virtual keyboard or mixed with a touch screen and virtual keyboard would be most optimal. Additional proximity join and just walk in and invite the room or pre scheduled via Outlook and press Teams icon on TC8 or Trio would work. Now that's the current experience Microsoft is collecting now all this information use cases and it won't surprise me if some of things will change in the future just keep an eye on the updates via Azure Admin Teams Center. If your company is part of Microsoft TAP program you can even join upcoming software releases and provide feedback...
Hi Jan, Thanks for your videos. They have been really helpful. I have one question since we are in the middle to trying to create a user guide for the X30/X50 + TC8 that can be left in the meeting rooms. Is it possible to take screenshots from the TC8 interface? We are running in Teams mode.
Thanks for comments! I would recommend to capture some photos from my video I did it also couple of times myself. Please look also at support.poly.com regulary updated there might be also some quick reference guides with photos...
Can G7500 do native teams? I can’t see it listed as an option in the Provider menu despite running the latest 3.1.1 software?
Thanks for your comments. Its today only X30 and X50 which are Certified by Microsoft as Collaboration Bar. I would would always recommend to talk to your local Poly office or partner to see if any other solution now (or coming) would fit your requirements.
Hi , Can you please help me to restore G7500 device. Its showing only connecting to cloud only not opening the web interface to connect

Does Microsoft 2FA work with the X30/X50 to login to Teams?
Thanks for your comments. Good question 2FA and MFA are all supported. This might be useful if you want to use your personal Teams account on the Collab Bar..

how do you update the zoom app in sx50? THank you
Good question Juanito. There are two options 1) you can update the Zoom App (+ OS and other Apps) via X30 X50 webui under device management or 2) if you manage it via Zoom Admin Portal you can also push updates from there.. does that help?
Hi Jan! Is there any way to show up QWERTY keyboard on TC8 in Microsoft Teams provider mode?

Today you need to use virtual keyboard with d-path control on TC8 or Trio - a faster way is to grap a USB/wireless keyboard in the X30 or X50 its a one time thing (even with a reboot the account will stay) or use a touch screen which I really like. Please provide any use cases feedback to Microsoft or in the Microsoft user group so it can be voted/ reviewed for next releases...
