i think he is famous.
He's being everyone else except himself. He could be a world superstar and not just a famous singer. He's awesome at singing Queen and everyone else.. But maybe it's time to be Marc Martel. He said his favorite music is classical. And he is incredible ! Brings me to tears to hear him sing songs like Ava Maria. But he's comfortable during tribute to others I guess.

I love that you did such a great cover and showed that you are even a brilliant singer if you're not trying to sound like Freddie. You are awesome.
as he has said though, "I can't NOT sound like Freddie." His voice naturally sounds like Freddie's.
He's only putting it on a little bit when performing on stage with QE, otherwise his natural voice is 90% there. When you sing Queen, though, the music dictates the mannerisms and the power required to do the songs justice. If you don't do that, you'll end up sounding like Lambert.
