Completely agree with you! I usually don't watch movie trailers but I watched this one for some reason. And the film proved exactly why I don't like watching trailers because they showed basically the whole film in the trailers. Lol I'm waiting for additional sequels now because of all the ghosts they released. 😅
I wasn’t holding out much hope for this movie. I haven’t seen Afterlife yet, but this kinda confirms my suspicions. A reboot might work, but I think we’ve been burned too much before. I think I’ll stick with the first two.
@@popculturepedestal Yeah, maybe some movies/tv shows should be left alone. That said, I love Predator, and I thought Prey was an excellent addition to the universe. It really depends on how it’s all done.
@@popculturepedestal We already have that with Real Ghostbusters. The first Season is excellent, since the creators understood that not just kids will watch it. The syndicated season is also pretty good. It only fell apart afterwards when the suits went in and demanded "kid friendly" changes, leading to most of the writers leaving. And they will never make something this good again. Not in weird agenda driven Hollywood. Let Star Wars Acolyte (or Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power or She Hulk or Velma, the last 2 Dr. Who or that hideous, racist Twilight Zone reboot be warnings that you should be careful what you wish for and that reboots or sequels always turn out to tbe complet shit)

Absolutely , the way I see it , Id like a complete reboot and if it does not work out we always have the first two movies no matter what
