I installed the package in dev org,but only two tabs are available -trailhead assignments and VF trailhead assignments. Can anyone tell me how to proceed after installing the package.

Can we allow the myTrailhead module to the outsider person without creating the org user?
If it is possible so please let me know the way how to do it?
