I can relate a lot on being a "planner". But the pandemic really changed me, since none of my plans pushed through ever since quarantine started. There's nothing I can do about it but accept that none of the things I wanted would happen, and that's alright. It made realize that I was so focused on my goals, I forgot about being present during my journey achieving that goal. I don't even know if I'm making sense but I just wanna say that this video is really helpful and placed me in a reflective zone. And also, I like your content!

I've been setting my intentions a lot more in 2021. I was asked by someone how a goal differs from an intention. And the way I thought about it was that intentions were more broad/general wheras goals are the results of those intentions and a bit more specific. Really can resonate with the idea that an intention is a direction and the goal is the destination.

That was good to hear, thank you for sharing :) For me this year it just didn´t feel right to set up many goals - often it comes with being hard to myself. Instead I want to enjoy the things I already have and appreciate how I am, which leads to different ideas and another direction in life, I noticed :) you put it in good words and it made me think more about what my intentions are
