Jordan thanks so much for this, but quick question regarding 15:57 of the video. If let's say you are trying to appointment set for a doctor's office, you don't have direct access to their calendar, how would you approach modifying that appt set workflow given that you don't have direct access to book the appoint for the patient? Would you simply do a call transfer after you speak to the lead?

E.g, let's say it has 80% of the stuff that your current course has but on this one, we can't get helped in signing 5 clients unless we upgrade and obviously meet your requirements. About the SMS and the calls, what phone number would be used? Does GHL provide a number of would it be my mobile number?
they have multiple to choose from, you just connect under the phone system tab in the sub account settings.

Any chance making a video just on high level software?
Could anubody clearify this. If i want to create E-mail and sms workflows/automation. What e-mail adres should be connected? Do i make a new one for each client? Do i ask my client to get me one on his domain? Same for the SMS. Does it need my phone number? Do i pay per sms? so many questions about this but you've seemed to completly skip it.
How can we do that at scale? Do you hire someone to work hourly and call right when leads come in? Seems like even with a VA you are spending more money paying them every week and they don’t speak great English?
Wouldn't it make sense that the client/company will do the warm lead calls? You always need to ask them and get back to the leads.
Also if you do that for the client, how do you connect the business number for calling? Will each client receive an own GHL Account where they wil lconnect their phone number? What if someone calls back under the number? The client will answer and doesn't have a clue.

no. you connect the phone system within go highlevel in the subaccount settings section. its called lead connector
