    Do you have any lead-up videos for bridges? All the other stretches are easy enough to modify and work into. I haven't done bridges for years.

      1. Laying on your stomach and pushing your arms straight reaching back
      2. On your knees reach back, don’t let your butt sit. Stay on your knees as you reach far back
      3. Standing back against a wall; reach back until your hands hit the wall : then slowly walking as far as you can go
      4. Going as much as you can into a bridge. Pushing up as much as you can and holding
      These things helped me get my backbend back!

    i doing this exercise to every day for 2 week.. and i finished the 3 weeks now.. so, can you make a intermade level?
