Question, why would you not raise the baseboard? A quarter inch or so to allow for the floor it seems to me if you butt the floor up against it, it's just a look small
You struggle is the answer, sometimes you might have to trim the plaster with a bolster, and it makes the scribes a bit harder , you just have to work a bit harder to get the end result, many thanks for watching 👏👍

Great vid, keep em coming. I use ‘mitre mate’ to join the architrave as well and a pin where possible, it helps stop the paint cracking.
