That whole speech was gold, talking about how he'd prosecute him for wrongful death and then resign his job and represent the families of the victims in a civil law suit and I know that wasn't an empty threat. That man could carry a grudge as easily as a cup of water.

Technically that’s not showing showing bias it’s reacting to the exchange. Jurors can be swayed by arguments and jack getting the man to react emotionally may mean something to the woman. Showing bias would be scowling at him while he’s on the stand or smiling at him. Eyebrow raise at sudden volume increase is more surprise. Also too their usually extras and reaction shots are boing are hell so they sometimes really over sell the lines to get a more genuine response from them and just don’t use the audio from that take. I once saw a director tell an actor to scream the 5 most flithy words he knew at the jury so the extras could acted shocked at the end of a long day of shooting. The only one I can type here was “moist” I will never get over that. No idea why so many people have problems with that word. Anyway just love this show

The gun they have in the show is the vz. 61 also known as Skorpion. By default it comes with 10 or 20 round mags of .32 ACP, aftermarket mags are 30 rounds. Possibly not all the rounds in one mag but since they talked about magwell modifications I presume he had multiple mags and changed them mid shoot.

Criminals were not actively modifying the battery of the phone to make it untraceable to police. The gun company was right. As soon as they redesign it the criminals will find a new way to modify the gun or find a new gun they can modify. The court case was decided on the jury's emotion and not the facts or the law. Which is why the judge overruled them. I modified the engine on my car and outraced the police after driving through a parade. Is the company that sold me the conversion kit for the engine liable?
