You can use both effects, using a mono operation at the same time. Depending where you put your input will determine which pedal will come first in a series chain according to OBNE.
I'm not sure yet. I get my hands on it tomorrow. But I wonder if the in and out can be true stereo too. The OBNE vid doesn't make it clear enough for my teeny mind
Im tempted to get it. But I know they're working on a new dark star. If they make it stereo I'll get that instead. This however, is sounding compelling
Ooh yeah a stereo Dark Star would be a fitting upgrade to the outgoing model. I think the Dark Light is an awesome choice if you're into the experimental side of things a bit more. We'll see what they come out with, but until then this one is 👌
I could see how you'd think so - it def has an ambient wash kind of thing going for it. The Sunlight side can dial in a bit more edge if you want to, which I think gives it a nice mix of reverb types too. Might be cool to take each output and run them both into stereo reverbs - might have to try that haha.

Thanks for that! I haven’t done anything with it in mono mode yet, but love the flexibility in the way they put this together💯

Interesting pedal, it’s a bit microcosm-ish
