I'm not the best in the world but I know well enough... It doesn't take chi to concentrate on board breaking. Or cement...
Hoooo, Man, that is a lot of lumber! I can tell you from experience that when you break that many breaks in a row one after the other, your hand takes some serious abuse.
I never said I could do it, why would I attempt something I know I can't do, besides all I said was that was over a minute. I know I can't do it. If you think your so confident you do it, and stop commenting on what other people are saying.... Mind your buisness
That was over a minute.. sorry but he failed.. I studied 3 different styles of martial arts, goju Ryu, Tang Soo do, and shotokan... 3 degree black in goju Ryu, 2 degree in shotokan and brown belt in Tang Soo do... I've done alot of board breaking and some concrete breaking and I know I can't do that in under a minute...not possible unless you trained properly and fit as well. Sorry but this guy wasn't ready enough to do this...
Did u even meditate before doing it? Cuz in my view, it looks like ur only using pure strength. In order for u to break all the boards, u must also use chi. Soooo, switch to kung fu and u'll get better
