    Lyrics:
You fill up my senses, like a night in a forest
Like the mountains in springtime, like a walk in the rain
Like a storm in the desert, like a sleepy blue ocean
You fill up my senses, come fill me again

I agree! But as a Swede Im sad that so few of our Scandinavian folk and troubadours musicians are not heard by the international public. "Öppna Landskap" by Ulf Lundell, is one of the greatest songs Ive ever heard and you can hear this second national anthem of Sweden with English translation on this platform!

It's not the most beautiful song you says.you're not the sharpest tool in the tool box.. I can tell you're a negative person you start off with nots. A positive way to say that would be this is a very beautiful song amongst other good ones you obviously lack any enthusiasm romance. John wrote the song for Annie after they had a huge argument it was meant to make up.

In the 70’s I was just a young boy and recorded this song over and over again onto a cassette tape from a record and gave it to my mother for her birthday. I didn’t understand why she started crying when she heard it and realized what it was, then later I saw her friends tear up when she told them about it. I thought it was just a nice song for my mom. She’s long since gone now and it’s my turn to get misty eyed listening to it and remembering that birthday decades ago…

This song is definitely one of the most top 10 beautiful love songs of all times. John Denver loved Annie. This is one of many songs that he wrote of his internal love for her.

@@davidstokar887 he was an alcoholic, drug user--got arrested 3 times for DUI--he was a bi polar manic depressive-his real image is not the one shown -he cheated on her constantly--this song is a farce--when they were talking divorce he went and got a chain saw to cut the 100k dining room table in half, said, there is your half--basically a real jerk

My mother had a DVD copy of this, and I grew up listening to it. Sad to have lost such a pure and honest voice.
