Very true . Addressing people's delusions about this profession is very important. Those asking why did you become a Doctor then? - Answer is simple. A 16yo kid chosing PCB after 10th has zero idea about this profession esp if he is from a non-dr background . It should really be an informed decisionn and thats what mam is trying to do here .
Wish I had someone to tell this to me 6 years ago. Apart from losing interest in medicine, I have an added guilt of studying it from a private college and spending lakhs there. This guilt is not letting me quit medicine and look for an alternative career.
I was a neet aspirant but I quit it after giving my 8th attempt and finally I realized mbbs or medicine is full of loneliness for life long...finally I cracked railway exam as a station master and I living my life full of joy ..HUMANS ARE social animal ..they love to be social
I think you must have given neet UG when the questions were not coming from NCERT/board text books. only people with money can get good education to crack neet back then.
Thank you so much Mam You are 100% correct I just love and I am so grateful to God that people are now coming forward to tell the truth Thank you so much for being so so courageous to speak the truth God bless you dear🙏🙏💖✨❤️😊🌼
Totally agree with you ma’am… and if you are a foreign medical graduate, then the incubation period is even more 😢 med school then fmg exam then wait for starting internship, learn new skills in the hospital to gain some exposure and then study for Neet pg… Students are dependent on their parents, unsure of the future… having midlife crisis even before midlife 😕😕 I just hope there is a light at the end of this tunnel ..
I think india should also adopt United states path to become a doctor. Four years of UG (pre med) then MD. It’s a good culture i guess. Students at the age of 24-25 already become mature and more clear about their career. So there won’t be any such difficulties, i guess.
