Thanks! Halloween night was bad...I ended up eating 4 mini butterfingers and finished off my kid's chicken nuggets, but I am back on track again. Slip ups happen and I am not going to kill myself over it if it happens.
😢Yay!! Congratulations on your being so consistent and 20 lb weight loss! I love your plans for dealing with the holidays - I need to borrow some of that for myself …. 😂
Thank you! Its hard to stay consistent when the scale doesn't move but I keep telling myself there are other ways to "see" results!!! Turkey dinner will be tough with the stuffing and potatoes (my favorite....ugh)
Great job Aimee on losing 20lbs. I'm on a weight loss journey on the whole foods/animal based diet, and I get so frustrated when I see the scale not budging. But my clothes fit me better, fitting into jeans I haven't been able to fit in for years. I used to be skinny and after 30 the weight started to gradually come on, in 20 years I probably gained 40 to 45 lbs . So being older it's harder to lose the weight and especially in menopause. I have lost 12 lbs in 10 months. Slowly but surely I hope to get down to my ideal weight but it's more of a way of life rather than a diet. I feel good and I'm looking better. 😊
Congratulations on your own weight loss! Being healthy for my kids is another motivator for me. I want to be around for the long haul, and my oldest son will be dependent on me is whole life, being autistic and non-verbal so I have to think who will take care of him if I am not here?
Yes, being more comfortable is definitely something I am experiencing, not only more comfortable in clothing, but just comfortable moving around, not as winded doing things are easier
You’re so awesome!! I said I would start when you did and I didn’t 😩 I feel like I’m waiting for some big important date to start but there isn’t one. Do you track your food in an app to keep track of your carbs? And are you counting calories?
@@jackiek6897 yes I use the Lose It app to track all my food and macros. There’s a free version that’s really good. U can scan food and it gives u all the nutritional info. Yes I count calories, I try and stay in a calorie deficit so I allow myself 1600 calories for the day and I try to stay under that as much as possible. I usually end up using anywhere between 1200 and 1500 so days I have calories left over ill have a treat at night
Aimee you are doing amazing!! 20 pounds is fabulous!!!! Congratulations!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you! I feel fabulous!! I picked out an old outfit (pre-kids) that I saved that I want to get back into! Motivation!!!
Congratulations you’re doing an amazing job!! I definitely see the results in your face!! Stay strong!! ✨✨
Thank you! I can always tell if I am losing first in my face.I tend to bloat alot there....lol
Congrats, Aimee! I have been seeing it in your recent videos! Keep up the good work!
Thanks so much!!
Great job Aimee!!! 🙌. I do find when the scale goes up or stays the same that’s when I like to give up on my weight loss journey
Yes! It is so discouraging sometimes, but I have stopped going on it everyday and just hop on every 3-4 days to make sure I am staying on track.
Great job, 20 lbs is quite an accomplishment. 🎉
Glad you are finding things to help you get thru the cravings. ❤

I think the most important thing other than you losing weight is that your comfortable. But that donuts would be tempting.
