U R wise. Check out the TINSLEY masterpiece: " In from the Cold". My BF says the organ sounds like "No Quarter" organ. Great comparison. The organ intro to both sets the stage, individually, for some Great, great blues.

I was in the warm up group before a Tinsley show in my home town. I had the opportunity to listen after our performance, and was quite impressed. He pulled every tone out of his instrument(s) you could imagine. His mastery of blues style was likewise, very broad. A superb singer too, he really brings you into the story of the song.

Always an interesting (and intriguing) contrast with Tinsley: slow, smooth, subtle guitar picking with the raspy, gritty and slightly over-bearing vocal style. Ellis does this as good as anyone and better than most. This is another very nice piece.

Back in the early 80s, Tinsley played with a band called the Heartfixers in Atlanta. We had them play at our frat party. They were totally awesome.
