- Gina Reedy has turned her back on her career as an employment lawyer and bought a three bedroom house in Caterham, Surrey as her first development. She intends to live in the property with her two children and husband as she develops it; and hopes get it on the market as soon as possible. Gina intends to project manage the development and do as much work herself as possible. Despite never doing any DYI, she has given herself just 4 months to get the house finished and on the market.

They showed up!! That was so strange! I thought I'd hit cancel by mistake and re-wrote the first comment ... but it too disappeared when I hit the 'comment' button. (I''ll delete one of them).
Yeah... I noticed that UA-cam has been a bit wacky since yesterday.
At the beginning of this episode I found this woman, and all the chaos surrounding her, really annoying. But her sense of architectural integrity and what she did to the front hallway, plus her staircase design, really impressed me. She actually has a good sense of design and cares about the integrity of a house. I love that. We need MORE of that in the world! Not people just out to make a buck. (There IS a need for more storage space in the kitchen!). Beautiful parquet floors!
I hope they decide to put in a fourth bedroom over the kitchen at some point.
@N P You'll prob catch up as I went to check out George Clarke's 'Ugly House to Lovely House' ... (more architectural re-design without the formulaic 'this is what they've done wrong/how these people are total idiots' which I was getting tired of, despite loving Sarah and the builds).

Experimenting to see if my comment disappears when I scroll down before hitting the 'comment' button.
I did it: scrolled down (several times), fairly far (went to see what clips are being suggested on the side), then went to another page (leaving this one open) and opened something there, then came back and this comment was still here. So... it's something you are experiencing ... but isn't (I don't think) a new feature (NOT a nice feature! Very irritating!).

Hmm... I just tried it with this comment and it didn't disappear but I will try it on a comment that ISN'T a response.
Instead of ripping out a perfectly good staircase she might have used that money to make the exterior beautiful. Don't any of these people plan anything before diving in?
