What to make when someone brings you a bag of onions from their garden. Also, how to entertain on a budget. Looks delicious! I need to master the art of caramelizing onions. My sister knew how to do. I was going to say, would be nice with a glass of wine. I bet you could cut thinner slices and serve as an appetizer if a crowd shows up. Thank you for the wonderful video. I cooked thinly sliced pork chops tonight for a party of five, with green beans and small potatoes and onions; and I sliced the onions the way that you did in this video and breaded them with olive oil, and EVERYBODY loveed them. That is s DEFINITE REPEAT

Thank you for your good tips, such as using a regular cookie sheet upside down if you don't have a rimless baking sheet and also storing the pastry cloth in the freezer.

Kevin, we had a bad storm here in Texas where I live, a mini tornado. Just a mess and no power for days and no promise of when we will regain it with 117 degree temps. We were so fortunate to get a hotel room with our 15 year old dog and I just wanted to say thank you for such a delightful video to watch and calm my nerves.
